“Goes well on all green leafy salads”*

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite marmalade (I am using raspberry jam).  You may want more if you prefer a stronger fruit flavor.

Combine.  Shake.  Mix with salad.  Enjoy.

*So says my grandmother.  She wore pearls every day.  You best believe her.
